Infinity Scheme Costs (ISC) is a Kenyan owned and operated company, which primarily focuses on Quantity Surveying profession since 2015, when it was registered. The ISC consultancy team has rich combined experience having being involved in several landmark projects in the country before ISC was registered.

The team at ISC provides a broad range of commercial management services for the built environment working from a construction economics and quantity surveying background. Zachary Gakuya

Director

Zachary Gakuya has over 14 years’ experience in the real estate sector in Kenya.He has been the Quantity Surveyor on a diversified range of landmark projects in the country such as the Garden City Mall, Sameer Business Park, UNON Leeds-certified offices in Gigiri, Sarit Centre Mall Expansion, Kempinski Hotel among others prior to forming Infinity Scheme Costs Ltd. He is a Registered Quantity Surveyor and Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies

Joram Ombisa Mweresa

Senior Principal Associate

Joram Ombisa Mweresa has over 14 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has been involved in several projects handled by ISC and holds a key role in decision making and operations owing to his consummate capabilities and broad range of expertise. Joram has been involved in landmark projects like Sameer Business Park along Mombasa Road, Kisumu Law Courts, Busia Law Courts, Disaster Management Centre in Budalangi amongst others. He is a registered Quantity Surveyor and has a Masters in Procurement and Contract Management. He is currently working on his PhD in Supply Chain Management

Antony Munene Mihunyo

Associate

Anthony is a registered Quantity Surveyor with over 12 years post registration experience.He brings along a rich experience in Construction project management and construction generally having been engaged in Construction companies since completing his undergraduate studies.He has also been engaged in massive projects like public markets around the country, fire stations and similar public projects.He is also well versed with construction contract administration in both public and private sectors.
